Paul Covell has had 35 years experience in the Surveying Profession. His experience covers such areas as Cadastral Surveying of property boundaries, survey, design and supervision of small to large engineering projects, and the survey, planning and implementation of small to large irrigation development. These projects involve survey and design of small to large residential developments including the design of roads, stormwater, sewerage and water supply systems, to large flood irrigation developments for the growing of cotton, cereal crops and tea tree oil. These irrigation developments involve the preparation of detailed plans for the construction of supply channels, pipelines, water storages and the landlevelling of fields.
